01 — Data Collector

02 — Data We Collect

Contact Form

Name, email address, and phone number.

We also automatically capture your IP address, user-agent string, page referrer, and any UTM parameters present in the URL when you submit the form. This metadata is used only to triage submissions and prevent abuse.

Orders

Name, email address, phone number, and shipping address.

Payments

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store any card data on our servers.

03 — Purpose of Data Collection

We use your data for the following purposes:

Responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form
Processing and fulfilling orders
Improving the website and user experience

04 — Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit.

05 — Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Razorpay — Payment processing. Card data is tokenised by Razorpay and never transmitted to our servers.
Vercel — Website hosting and deployment. Your IP address may be processed by Vercel for DDoS protection and edge delivery.
Supabase — Database and authentication. Form submissions and order records are stored on Supabase-managed infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.
Resend — Transactional email delivery. When you submit the contact form, your name and email address are passed to Resend so a notification can be sent to the studio inbox. We do not currently send a confirmation email back to you.
Courier partner — Shipment fulfilment for shop orders. When the shop is active, your shipping address is shared with our courier partner for fulfilment. No courier engagement is currently active; this clause activates the day a courier is engaged.
Sentry — Error monitoring and crash reporting. Sentry collects anonymised stack traces and request metadata to help us diagnose errors. No personal form data is intentionally forwarded.
Google Analytics (GA4) — Website analytics. Collected only with your consent (see Section 08). GA4 records pages visited, session duration, and device type. Data is processed by Google LLC in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cloudflare Turnstile — Bot protection on the contact form. Turnstile analyses browser signals to confirm human interaction without storing cookies or personal data on our behalf.

06 — Data Retention

Contact form submissions — retained for 2 years
Order data — retained for 7 years for income-tax and accounting records under the Income-tax Act, 1961

07 — Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 §13

08 — Cookies

Essential cookies

Supabase sets session cookies required for authentication (admin panel access). A small CSRF cookie (__studirt_csrf) is set on every page load to protect form submissions against cross-site request forgery. These are strictly necessary and cannot be declined.

Functional storage

Your browser stores a shopping-cart entry in localStorage (keys studirt_cart and studirt_cart_expiry) so items persist across page loads. The cart expires automatically after 24 hours. No personal data is stored here — only product IDs, names, prices, and quantities.

Payment session cookies

During checkout, Razorpay may set short-lived session cookies on its own domain (checkout.razorpay.com) for payment processing. These cookies are set by Razorpay, not by us, and are governed by Razorpay’s privacy policy at razorpay.com/privacy.

Analytics cookies (optional — consent required)

If you accept analytics via the consent banner, Google Analytics (GA4) sets _ga and _gid cookies to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. These persist for up to 2 years. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies or contacting us at privacy@studirt.com.

No advertising or third-party retargeting cookies are used.

10 — Children and minors

This website is intended for users aged 18 and over (see Terms §02). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If a minor's data is submitted inadvertently, contact privacy@studirt.com and we will delete it on receipt.
