02 — Data We Collect

Contact Form

Name, email address, and phone number.

We also automatically capture your IP address, user-agent string, page referrer, and any UTM parameters present in the URL when you submit the form. This metadata is used only to triage submissions and prevent abuse.

03 — Purpose of Data Collection

We use your data for the following purposes:

Responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form
Improving the website and user experience

04 — Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit.

05 — Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Vercel — Website hosting and deployment. Your IP address may be processed by Vercel for DDoS protection and edge delivery.
Supabase — Database and authentication. Form submissions are stored on Supabase-managed infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.
Resend — Transactional email delivery. When you submit the contact form, your name and email address are passed to Resend so a notification can be sent to the studio inbox. We do not currently send a confirmation email back to you.
Sentry — Error monitoring and crash reporting. Sentry collects anonymised stack traces and request metadata to help us diagnose errors. No personal form data is intentionally forwarded.
Google Analytics (GA4) — Website analytics. Collected only with your consent (see Section 08). GA4 records pages visited, session duration, and device type. Analytics data may be processed by Google LLC on servers located outside India. Such cross-border transfer is permitted under the DPDP Act, 2023, except to any territory restricted by the Government of India.
Cloudflare Turnstile — Bot protection on the contact form. Turnstile analyses browser signals to confirm human interaction without storing cookies or personal data on our behalf.

Contact form submissions — retained for 2 years

07 — Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
Request erasure or deletion of your data
Grievance redressal — raise a concern about how your personal data is handled and receive a response
Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 §13

You can exercise these rights by emailing admin@izafalabs.com. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. If you are not satisfied with the response of our Grievance Officer, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.

08 — Cookies

Essential cookies

Supabase sets session cookies required for authentication (admin panel access). A small CSRF cookie (__studirt_csrf) is set on every page load to protect form submissions against cross-site request forgery. These are strictly necessary and cannot be declined.

Analytics cookies (optional — consent required)

If you accept analytics via the consent banner, Google Analytics (GA4) sets _ga and _gid cookies to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. These persist for up to 2 years. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time using the ‘Manage cookie preferences’ link in the footer, which reopens the consent banner.

No advertising or third-party retargeting cookies are used.
