REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

01 — Physical Merchandise

All physical merchandise is custom printed to order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the damage along with your order number. We will review your claim and issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

02 — Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be issued once the product has been delivered or made available for download.

03 — Production Services

Refund and cancellation terms for music production, scoring, and other creative services are determined on a per-project basis and will be outlined in the project agreement prior to commencement of work.

04 — Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via Razorpay to the original payment method.

05 — Shipping

  • Shipping area: India only
  • Dispatch time: 3–5 business days after order confirmation
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Shipping cost: Free shipping on all orders
  • Tracking: Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched
